CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
16 oz. shredded American or cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2 inch. Brown beef and onion. Stir in salt and pepper. Drain and spread in plate. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese into beef mixture. Beat milk, bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and rest of cheese. Bake about 5 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serve.
