1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
Salt and pepper
1 c. shredded cheese (any kind)

Fry hamburger and onion together. Drain and spread in greased deep pie dish.

Beat until smooth the milk, Bisquick and eggs, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over hamburger and onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Then top with shredded cheese and bake 5-8 minutes longer.
