CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion (or 1 pkg. onion soup mix)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Grease 10 inch pie plate. Cook and stir beef and onion until brown; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread beef mixture in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

Beat remaining ingredients (milk, Bisquick and eggs) until smooth in blender (about 15 seconds on high). Pour over meat in pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, let stand 5 minutes and garnish as desired.
