BARBECUE BEEF FOR 100 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 qt. water
2 2/3 qt. tomato ketchup
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. salt
12 lb. ground chuck

Combine vegetable oil, liquids, sugar, vegetables and seasonings. Heat thoroughly, but do not cook enough enough to soften vegetables. Brown ground chuck and drain well. Add browned meat to the sauce and stir. Serve on hamburger buns.

Serves 100 people.
