KOREAN BARBECUED BEEF 
1 lb. boneless sirloin or round steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 green onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Cut beef diagonally across grain into 1/8-inch slices.

Mix remaining ingredients; stir in beef until well coated (massage). Cover and marinate 4 hours or longer. Drain beef; stir-fry in wok or 10-inch skillet for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve with toasted sesame seeds.

Rice: Chop up onion and garlic cloves. Put little oil in pan. Sauté; add rice. Add boiling water. Stir and turn heat down and cook until done.
