BBQ PORK CHOPS 
12 pork chops
3 med. onions, cut in slices & separated into rings
2 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Brown chops on both sides. Arrange in roaster or larger casserole, covering each chop with sliced onion rings.

SAUCE: Combine all sauce ingredients together in medium size saucepan. Bring to boil. Simmer slowly for 10 minutes. Pour over chops in roaster. Cover; bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 15 minutes more. Serves 6 people, 2 chops each.
