BBQ PORK CHOPS 
6 med. size pork chops
Shortening
1 egg, beaten
Bread crumbs

Trim excess fat from chops. Dip in egg and crumbs; sear a delicate brown in hot shortening. Cover with sauce recipe.

SAUCE:

1 #2 can tomatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients in a separate pan and boil 3 minutes. Pour over chops, cover pan. Reduce heat and cook slowly for 1 hour.
