BANANA ROLL 
2/3 c. milk (dry)
2 eggs
1 bread
2 pkg. sweetener
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 banana
1 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients in a blender. Pour on a non-stick small cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Slice in half horizontally.

FILLING:

2/3 c. ricotta
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. sweetener

Mix the above ingredients together. Put on the cooled crust. Roll up like a jelly roll. Cut in half. Put in freezer.
