BAKED RICE PUDDING 
6 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 c. raw rice
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg on top

Cook raw rice and cool. Beat the eggs, add milk and vanilla to rice and mix together. Put in bowl and put some water in a pan and put bowl in the water. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes and let set for a bit.
