NO BAKE RICE PUDDING 
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. milk
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg (optional)
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Mix ingredients together and cook about 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve warm or cold. Top with a whipped topping or a strawberry sauce or just enjoy it plain. Makes 2-4 servings.
