MICROWAVE BROCCOLI 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 c. grated American cheese
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion rings

Place frozen broccoli in 3-quart greased glass casserole. Cover and microwave on high for 5 or 6 minutes, stirring once; drain. Sprinkle cheese over broccoli. Dilute soup with evaporated milk.

Pour over broccoli and cheese. Microwave for 6 minutes on medium setting. Remove from oven. Sprinkle onion rings over top of casserole. Return casserole, uncovered, to oven; microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Yield 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
