SCALLOPED CABBAGE | |
Cut 1 head of cabbage in bite-size pieces and cook in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. CHEESE SAUCE: 4-5 slices of Velveeta cheese 4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk Cook slowly until thick. Soften 2 cups of croutons in 1 stick of melted butter. In baking dish, starting with cabbage, layer ingredients finishing with last of croutons. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
