SAUER-KRAUT SOUP 
1 can sauer-kraut (1 lb., 11 oz.), drain
3/4 lb. Hillshire sausage, cut up
1 can mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 potato, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 c. chicken broth
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dillweed
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sugar

Combine in crockpot and cook 12 hours on low.
