EASY WEEKEND CHICKEN 
2 oz. pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix
3/4 c. rice, or white and wild rice mixed
2 1/2 lb. chicken parts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can milk
1/2 soup can water

Sprinkle dry soup mix in bottom of 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Wash rice and sprinkle in layer on top of soup mix. Salt chicken parts to taste and put on rice. Mix soup, milk, and water and pour over chicken. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees.
