FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs (Merita Lite)
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley (dehydrated)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 c. Italian reduced calorie salad dressing
Vegetable cooking spray (Pam)

Or use Herb Magic.

Combine first five ingredients; set aside. Dip chicken in salad dressing, dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, bone side down, in a 13"x9"x2" baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. Yield: 6 servings (197 calories per serving).
