ORANGE AND WINE CHICKEN 
CHICKEN:

Remove skin - using paper towel to pull off skin, makes it easier. Place in glass baking dish.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. orange juice (or more) - fresh or canned but unsweetened
1/4 c. Sauterne wine
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Minced onion, dehydrated
Parsley - dehydrated
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. savory

Pour this over chicken. Sprinkle more soy sauce and paprika over chicken for color - keep basting chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
