CHICKEN & RICE 
1 cut up fryer
1 c. white rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 soup can milk
1/4 soup can water
1 pkg. onion soup - dehydrated

In a buttered casserole place cut-up chicken; add rice, soup, milk, water and onion soup. Cover dish with foil. Cook for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Add more water as needed after 45 minutes so will not dry out. Rice must be moist.
