CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. hamburger
Celery
Onion
Cream of mushroom soup
Soy sauce
Cornstarch
Chow mein noodles
Minute Rice

Brown hamburger. Chop up a whole bunch of celery in 1/2 inch pieces. Chop up 1 small or 1/2 large onion and add to hamburger. Add soup and 1 can water, bring to boil and cook slowly until celery is done, about 1/2 hour.

Meanwhile make rice.

Just before ready to eat, mix 2 tablespoon cornstarch with about 4 tablespoons soy sauce. Stir into chow mein; bring just to a boil to thicken.
