Cook squash
1 carton sour cream
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 carrot, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook squash until done; drain. Mix other ingredients with half of stuffing mix. Bake in casserole dish until brown. Before baking, put other half of stuffing mix on top.
