FRUIT CAKE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. wine
5 c. chopped nuts
6 slices candied pineapple, chopped
2 c. candied cherries, chopped
2 c. chopped dates
1 box white raisins

Cream butter, sugar and add eggs; beat well. Then add soda, cinnamon and flour (mix these 3 ingredients together). Add to butter mixture with wine. (Flour fruit and nuts.) Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
