ORANGE CREME | |
8 eggs, separated 2 orange juice 1 lemon juice 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. gelatin 2 tbsp. cold water Pour lemon juice over sugar and beat until white, adding egg yolks, one at a time. Add orange juice. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and stir over hot water until smooth. Add to egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and pour into mold to chill. Serve with whipped cream and candied fruits. |
