BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
12 slices white bread, cut crust off and cube
1 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
1 lb. bacon, cut, fried
1 lb. sausage, fried
8-10 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup with 1/2 can milk

Place bread in greased casserole dish - 12 x 8 x 2 inches. Add cheese and sausage and bacon. Pour eggs, milk, mustard and salt mixture over this. Let stand overnight, covered. Next morning, pour soup and milk mixture over all and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cut into serving slices and ENJOY!
