BREAKFAST BAKE 
2 pkgs. "Brown and Serve" sausages, browned
3 c. seasoned croutons
6 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. milk

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer croutons on bottom; then sausages. Mix beaten eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk, and cheese. Place on top of sausages. Mix mushroom soup and 1/4 cup milk; pour on top of sausages and top with mushrooms. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
