GRANDMA'S BLUEBERRY MUFFINS | |
MUFFINS: 1 cup milk 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted 2 large eggs 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. baking powder 1 cup white sugar 3 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh) Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together milk, butter and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix together dry ingredients. Mix dry into wet and stir until everything is combined. Add blueberries. Pour batter into lined muffin tin, about 3/4 full. TOPPING: 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 cup. brown sugar 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, softened In a separate bowl combine all topping ingredients. Sprinkle topping on muffin batter. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Submitted by: The Grandkids |
