BEEF BAR-B-Q 
1 lb. boneless beef stew, cut in pieces
1 lb. boneless pork, cut in pieces
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water

Sprinkle meat with seasoned salt, celery salt, and pepper in 3 quart casserole. Add remaining ingredients. Cook covered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hours. Remove lid and cook another hour. Mash with potato masher and let stand to absorb juices. Serve on buns. Freezes well. Makes 4 cups or 10 servings.
