SPOON BREAD 
4 eggs
1/2 c. cornmeal
2 c. milk
Salt to taste
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix into a medium saucepan milk, cornmeal, and salt. Cook to a mush consistency on low heat. Put butter in casserole dish and melt at 400 degrees. Beat in eggs to the mush mixture. Then add baking powder. Pour all into casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done in center. Serves 4.
