GINGER BREAD 
1 c. Crisco
1 c. molasses
1 c. sugar
3 1/3 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, beaten until fluffy

Mix all ingredients. Store in refrigerator and cook in muffin tins as needed. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
