GINGER BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. molasses
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 eggs

Sift flour, salt, soda, ginger, cloves, and allspice. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes in 13 x 9 inch pan.
