CHAPEL HILL CHICKEN | |
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. sour cream Dash of pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. lemon juice 8 boneless chicken breasts, skinned 2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix 1/2 c. butter, melted Combine Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, pepper, salt and lemon juice. Dip chicken breasts into mixture. Roll in stuffing. Arrange on lightly greased baking sheet. Pour melted butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes or until done and brown. |
