COMPANY CHICKEN 
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. lemon juice
Paprika

Melt butter and stir in garlic powder. Set aside. Combine stuffing mix, parsley flakes, cheese, salt & pepper. Dip each chicken breast in butter, then in stuffing mixture. Roll chicken from the narrow end and secure with toothpick. Place rolls on shallow baking sheet. Drizzle remaining butter, then the lemon juice over the chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Do not leave off lemon juice.
