IMPERIAL CHICKEN BAKE 
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
Paprika

Combine first 5 ingredients. Dip each breast in milk and dredge in bread crumb mixture. Arrange in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine butter, garlic and lemon juice; drizzle over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until tender. 6 servings.
