SLIM BAKED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. freshly grated lemon peel
1/3 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 c. water

Season chicken pieces with garlic salt, rubbing well into flesh. Sprinkle with paprika. Place in shallow baking pan, flesh side down. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and continue baking, basting with pan juice once or twice or until done, about 35 minutes.
