LEMON BAKED CHICKEN 
Chicken fryer, 2-3 lbs.
Lemon juice
Oil
Minced clove of garlic
Salt, pepper
Paprika
Dried thyme
Fresh parsley

1. Remove skin and fat from chicken.

2. Cut chicken up.

3. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place chicken in shallow baking pan.

4. Mix 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 clove minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley. Mix all together and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and cook 20 minutes or until brown.
