GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 can angel flake coconut
1 lg. bag pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 box German chocolate cake mix

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Open coconut and sprinkle over bottom of pan. Next sprinkle nuts over coconut. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour mixture over nuts. In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, 1 stick of melted butter and box of powdered sugar. Mix until smooth; spread over top of cake mix. This mixture will move to the middle of the cake when it bakes. Bake at 375 degrees.
