GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE | |
1 c. pecans, chopped 1 c. coconut 1- box Duncan Hinds German Chocolate cake mix 1- box powdered sugar 2- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1- stick butter, melted Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2 in. pan or dish. Sprinkle pecans and coconut over bottom. Mix cake mix according to directions on package. Pour batter over nuts and coconut. Using mixer, cream cheese and melted butter. Spread over top of unbaked cake batter. Bake at 325°F for 40 minutes or until done. |
