GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. shredded coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar (4 c.)

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of dish. Mix cake mix according to directions on box and pour over coconut and pecans.

Mix together cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Warm cream cheese and butter in microwave so it will cream well with sugar. Pour over cake batter.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
