GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar

Mix together the coconut and nuts. Put into bottom of 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Prepare cake mix according to box directions and pour over coconut and pecans. Place butter and cream cheese in microwave or saucepan; heat until softened. Stir in the confectioners sugar. Spoon over cake mix.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
