GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) box confectioners' sugar

Layer nuts and coconut in the bottom of a greased, floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour this over coconut and pecans. Place butter and cream cheese in a saucepan and heat until mixture is warm enough to stir in the confectioners' sugar. Mix well and spoon over the top of the cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Do not cut until cooled.
