GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box confectioners sugar
1 can coconut

Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan and line bottom with nuts and coconut. Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Pour cake batter over nuts. Combine the butter, cream cheese and confectioners sugar; spoon over the batter and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until done. The cream cheese frosting sinks to bottom to make icing with nuts in it. (May need to bake longer.)
