RENEE'S VEGETABLE MARINADE 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 can black olives
2 green peppers
1 lg. bottle Seven Seas Viva Italian dressing

Cut cauliflower and broccoli and use only flowerets. Slice olives. Cut green pepper into thin strips; add dressing (entire bottle) and toss. Marinade overnight in a Tupperware bowl with a lid and invert once or twice.
