NOODLES MEXICANA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1 lb. can corn & the liquid 6 oz. pitted olives, sliced 1 big can (32 oz.) tomatoes 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 lb. grated cheese Brown ground beef, onions, garlic, green pepper. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and mix together. Cover and cook on low heat for 1/2 hour. Remove cover, sprinkle on cheese and cover again. Return to low heat for 5 minutes and serve over cooked noodles of your choice. |
