4 1/2 c. sugar Pinch of salt 2 tbsp. butter 1 lg. can evaporated milk 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 12 oz. German sweet chocolate 1 pt. marshmallow creme 2 c. chopped pecans Mix sugar, salt, butter and milk. Boil 6 minutes. In large bowl put chocolate chips, German chocolate, marshmallow creme, and pecans. Pour boiling syrup over ingredients in bowl. Beat until chocolate is melted. Pour into pan and refrigerate until set before cutting. Keep in refrigerator. |
