MAMIE E.'S MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 (4 oz.) pkg. (total of 12 oz.) German chocolate
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 pt. (16 oz.) marshmallow cream
2 c. chopped nuts

Combine milk, butter, sugar and salt. Bring to a vigorous boil, stirring often. Then reduce heat and simmer 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, place remaining ingredients except nuts in a large bowl. Gradually pour boiling syrup over chocolate-marshmallow mixture and beat until chocolate is melted. Stir in nuts. Pour into buttered pans and store in cool place several hours to harden before cutting into squares. Store in tin box.
