1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
5 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 pt. marshmallow cream
2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts

Boil first three ingredients for 8 minutes. Stir so it will not burn to the bottom of kettle. Remove from burner and add remaining ingredients. When well blended and chocolate is melted. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan.
