DIRTY SOUTH SEAFOOD DIP | |
Makes a good dip for crab legs, lobster, shrimp, frog legs, or any other seafood you desire. 1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. black pepper 1 cup mayonnaise (I use Duke's) 1 tsp. steak sauce (A1) 1 tsp. hot sauce (Texas Pete) 1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard 1 tsp. ketchup (Hunts) a splash of lemon/lime juice In a small size mixing bowl, combine Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper together. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, steak sauce, hot sauce, mustard, ketchup and lemon or lime juice together. Once this has been done then whisk in the dry ingredients together. Taste and add a pinch of salt or more hot sauce if you like a little more kick. Transfer to a small dipping bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!! Submitted by: The Rickster of Beantown USA |
