WARM VEGETABLE SEAFOOD DIP 
1 env. Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
6 oz. imitation crabmeat, cooked shrimp or frozen crabmeat, thawed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In 1-quart casserole, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with assorted crackers, vegetable sticks, bread sticks, pita bread or chips. Yields: 2 cups.
