HOT VEGETABLE DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. chipped beef
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter (on top)
1/4 chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
garlic powder and salt

Bake at 300°F for 20 minutes.
