MINDY'S FUDGE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
10 1/2 oz. bag miniature marshmallows
2 c. broken walnuts
4 1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 can Milnot
1 tsp. vanilla

Toss chocolate chips, marshmallows and walnuts together and set aside.

In a heavy 6 quart saucepan combine sugar, butter and Milnot. Cook to soft ball stage, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour in marshmallow mixture and stir until chips and marshmallows melt. Pour into buttered 11 x 14 inch pan.
