CHEEZY POTATOES 
1 bag frozen 2 lb. pkg. hash browns, thawed
1 lb. sour cream, med.
1 can cream of onion soup
3/4 stick butter
Pepper
8 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated

Melt butter in pan (13 x 9 inch). Stir in soup, sour cream and cheese. Stir in potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
