LUAU RIBS 
2 jars (sm.) baby peaches
1/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. ginger
Dash pepper

Mix together all ingredients. Rub ribs with salt and pepper. Place in foil lined pan. 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Spoon off fat. Pour sauce over. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours or until done, basting now and then.
